About Us

Lamios Polyphonics Group is a unique company consisting of a few professional musicians and computer gurus, whose goal is to compose very powerful Arabic ringtones that are provided as monophonic and/or polyphonic formats. This group was founded in January 2004 by Dr. Osama Al-Lami', who is the president and the owner of this company.

Dr. Osama was graduated from Jordan University of Science and Technology (J.U.S.T.) in 1996 as a pharmacist, and is working in a Pharmaceutical Company in Amman/Jordan. His first success in composing ringtones was in June 2001, when he issued his first booklet of monophonic Arabic ringtones. His booklet was one of the top selling ringtone booklets in Jordan for a long time because it provided more than 100 Arabic ringtones in easy-to-enter keypresses for Nokia, Ericsson, Siemens, and Alcatel types of phones.

Then he began to compose polyphonic ringtones in January 2003 and provided them in many formats (4-chords, 16-chords, 40-chords). He made many deals with various companies in Jordan and United Arab Emirates and was considered as their only and unique composer and provider of Arabic monophonic and polyphonic ringtones.

His dream was more than composing at home and selling his work to local companies, his ambition was to reach well-appreciated international companies around the world. So, he began his search for unique music composers to join him in building a professional group that is able to provide its unique content at any time and in any number of ringtones. This effort was ended up in the foundation of Lamios Polyphonics Group in January 2004, which began its services in providing other cellular phones companies with a great content for their web of wap sites.
